A little bit about the Bernards.
"We have learned that our greatest assets in life are the bonds that we create, and maintain, with others. Whether it is your family, or friends, or those lives you touch around us, our greatest assets are our relationships. How you treat them, how you work together, and how strive to look out for the interest of others is how they will remember you. We constantly look for win-win situations with those we work with and for. Whether this is an internal or external mission statement, doesn't really matter. We believe in building and growing deep relationships. Why would we want to only want to be a part of just one of your projects? Why would we only want an employee or subcontractor to work with us for a couple years? We want Lime Green to be your partner for life.
In this new market, we have had much time to contemplate what sort or company we want to be. And what came to us was that it is easy to sit in Sunday School and be a Christian. It is easy to be a value to others when you're sitting in a group of friends at church. But what are we doing Monday through Sunday to be an impact in the world? How are we conducting our company in order to help others? If God wants us to be a gigantic company, He'll do it. Until then, we want to be transparent. We want to be a trustworthy, fair priced, good value with expertise, and quality. Are we the company that always wins the bid with the lowest number, no. But we strive everyday to deepen our community impact. Working for our clients is an honor, just as working with our subcontractors is a responsibility. We take our business serious, but we are here for bigger reasons than merely chasing profit. We enjoy what we do and for that, WE HAVE FUN!"
Founding and operating Lime Green is just one of the things that Andy and Kristin Bernard have a passion for. Work ethic, balance in life, faith, family, and fun are priorities for them. Andy's passion for coaching baseball allows him to help young men to become leaders. He is also a pitching coach in Huntsville, AL. After his college baseball days at the University of Alabama, he graduated with a Civil Engineering degree in 1998. From there, he and his family moved to Jacksonville to start their professional life, and now back to Alabama in 2011. In 2003, Andy published and book on pitching mechanics, called Seven Steps of Pitching. Please visit that website at www.SevenStepsofPitching.com. Andy conducts pitching clinics for hundreds of boys and coaches. Find out how Coach Andy can come speak to your team!

There is more to life than just business. There is more to life than thinking about yourself. Wake up every day wondering who you will get to impact today and then pray for God to give you the opportunity to do it! He will...will you be ready?
